Generally, the products will arrive to you the following day, even if the embroidery of a name is chosen. We do our best to pack all orders by the end of the day. 

We utilise NZ Couriers and Aramex to handle deliveries, and we prefer to ship to business addresses for speed and efficiency. That’s because rural addresses may require handover to another courier provider such as NZ Post and lengthen delivery times.

On our end, we aim to ready orders for delivery within 24 hours of receiving them. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to get the most up-to-date information.
