While we don’t have specific pricing set for bulk orders listed online, we’re happy to work with individuals or groups who need larger orders.
For example, if you’re a sports club or team that wants a large order, you can contact us with your request and we’ll iron out the details and pricing.
Generally, the products will arrive to you the following day, even if the embroidery of a name is chosen. We do our best to pack all orders by the end of the day so that it’s at your place the next day.
We utilise NZ Couriers and Aramex to handle deliveries, and we prefer to ship to business addresses for speed and efficiency. That’s because rural addresses may require handover to another courier provider such as NZ Post and lengthen delivery times.
On our end, we aim to ready orders for delivery within 24 hours of receiving them. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to get the most up-to-date information.
We do! We ship to our neighbours in Australia and all over the world.
If you’re in Australia and order from us, shipping will likely take up to 7 days. Again, we can’t give a definitive timeframe, so be sure to refer to your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
For those in countries outside of Australia, please be aware that shipping times could take several weeks before your product arrives.
Absolutely! With our customisation option, you can have your name embroidered on your hooded towel for that extra personal touch.
