GENERAL INFORMATION

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure your item arrives to you on time there can be delays that are out of our control. You will be notified every step of the way via email to ensure you know exactly when your purchase will arrive.

SHIPPING SPEED

We recommend having your order sent to your workplace such as a business, school or area classed as commercial but the courier companies. Following this residential then rural. With rural, there is often a handover to a local courier which can add a couple of days to the delivery at times.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $89 triggers free shipping for New Zealand adddress only. This is triggered when any adult poncho is purchased or when two or more kids ponchos are purchased. Orders under $89 are shipped for $4.99. 

These are discounted rates and are in lieu of discounting the products.

When the products have a general discount on them free shipping is not applicable and the shipping rate will revert to $9.99 for all orders.

SHIPPING IN NZ

We aim to pack all NZ orders daily with orders placed before 12pm shipped the same day (excl weekends), this excludes ponchos with embroidery on them.

However, we do our best to get the orders out the same day if possible or within 24hrs, it just depends when your order arrives as we refresh our order page while packing.

TRACKING

Please refer to your tracking email for updates. You may receive two separate email feeds, one from us and one from the courier company. The duplicate occurs if we have needed to enter the order manually. Please keep an eye on your spam / junk folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to some parts of Australia. The rest of the world can be longer, it all depends on the volume being moved and the distance from New Zealand.

CLICK & COLLECT

Due to sporadic winter hours this option is not available as we are not manning the shop during set hours.

If you live local, please contact us for a free shipping code / to discuss other options as sometimes we are able to drop to you for free if passing your location.
